I'm always in. I've loved being challenged by this and now under 3500 exercise calories is not an option. This week is not done yet but I have +5800.0

Mon: 623 Kettle ball squat/swing x 50
Pelvic lifts w/ weight supported by balance ball x 30

Crunches w/ kettle ball overhead extended arm x 50
Elliptical 20 mins.
Tues: 266 (Weight day) all done with reps of 10, 8, 6 and another 5 if i can:
squat and press with 25lb
leg lifts (front then back) 50 lb
bench press 30 lb (chicken arms sigh*)
Threw in some more pelvic lifts as I hate my stomach x 10 between each set
Managed to throw in 10 mins. on the elliptical before my son started to get fussy.
Ten minute stretch.
Wed: 294 (surprisingly!) As stated above, yoga and heavy cleaning day.
Thur: 384 total:
Walk/Jog 15 mins (began to rain) 69 calories (?!?! and half was uphill but...whatever )
Elliptical 15 mins (had to finish up) 189 cals. (see what I mean about whatever? Sheesh!)
Major Bathroom detail (ugh) 30 mins. 126 cals.
Fri: Surprise plumbing. Had to help hubby unclog pipes from the roof! Big fat 0 for me today.
Sat: 430 Burned
45 mins. total , elliptical, weights, sit ups/push ups & stretch
Sun: 643 Walking/Jogging/walking 2 hours
Okay...for Saturday the 11th I added another 350 calories burned from gardening for an hour. (Pulling weeds, trimming, hauling barrels of weeds and clippings.)
New total : 2347 +643 (from Sunday) = 2990 New total!

It was a dark and stormy night....
Well not when I started out. After a day with grandkids, I ended up with 300 odd calories still to burn if I was going to meet my goal for the week. So I set out for a walk at about 6:30 P.M. I decided to try a new route and I got all tangled up in some residential cul de sacs. Finally I could see the main road I was trying to reach but I was seeing it across the grounds of a grave yard. There was an entrance so I decided to go that way. I wandered. The roads twined and it turned out the main road I'd seen was on the other side of a chain link fence. As a matter of fact the whole cemetary appeared to be fenced. By this time it was starting to rain and I was loosing daylight. I couldn't find the entrance I had come in nor any other one. I meandered (briskly) for over half an hour before I found a hole in the fencing and escaped. I arrived home soaked to the skin but hey! I made my goal!

For some reason, MFP is not letting me edit my earlier comment, but I thought I'd share, for accountability reasons, that I didn't quite make my goal last week, nor did I update my comment on this feed when I did exercise. So slight fail on week 1 of participating in this thread. Gonna keep trying though! I burned 2985 total. But, if I do all the workouts I plan to do (i missed 2 planned ones last week) I should be able to exceed 3500 without a prob. Here's hoping!0
