I have been slacking the past month and have let my weight creep back up. I have been especially terrible at logging, but I logged every bite for the 3rd day in a row today. I really am 100% back on track and motivated to focus on dropping 10 pounds in 10 weeks.0

I went to a concert and only had a low calorie powerade drink and no junk food. I also borrowed my 13 year old sons jacket and it actually fit. Blew my mind!0
