1,200 calories is enough for me to go on for daily basis. I cut off carbs..0

Many people do not realize they CAN lose while eating more.
MFP wanted me to do 1300. Instead, I figured my BMR and TDEE. I eat no less then my BMR and eat about -20% TDEE give or take. I lose just as well as people with similar stats as I have, I have more energy then they do, and I get to enjoy the foods I love.
So, much of it is lack of education.0
