    thank you so much! :) i never planned on sharing my before and after pictures, maybe because i hated the way i let myself go in the old ones. but i did want to share how i overcame it all. i wanted to quit so much times, but all these other success stories were the main reasons why i kept pushing. i wanted to show other women who may be struggling that it's not going to be easy, but the results in the end is truly rewarding and worth it :) have a beautiful day!

    I hope you feel as good as you look! I am following the same path as you. I had to buy a pair of size 18 pants and decided I didn't want to have to shop in the plus section any more... My eventual goal is size 12. I'm well on my way to size 14 - in fact I wore my first pair in YEARS last week! Lucky for me I'm almost 6' tall...

    I'm glad you are determined to stick with it :) I had a lot of my ups and downs, sometimes still do- but when you have a great support system you just want to keep on going. It may seem like forever sometimes, but results WILL show if you put in the work. Good luck in this new and exciting journey, I'll be glad to help in any way that I can :)
