    1/28/2010: missed weigh in
    2/4/2010: 142.4

    Goal: 140 lbs by 3/1/09

    Missed my goal by a pound!! I'll get 'er next week!! As you can see, I've been absent for 1 month. Had a vacation in there and been doing a lot of traveling for various purposes. I'm back though and ready to get serious. I must shift my focus from losing pounds to fitness and workouts, which have been non-existent. Frustrating that I used to be so into it and now its become a huge struggle just to go for a short run. I have a 5 mile run on April 24 that I have no chance at improving my time over last year if I don't hit it fast and hard starting TODAY. So!!! That is what I shall be doing. Look forward to the support I get from this thread and MFP as a whole!! Thanks to you all!!!

    lost almost 1/2 a pound, that will do, i hear its slows down the closer you get to goal, looking forward to getting into the low 150's soon!

    1/28- 182 lbs
    2/4- 182 lbs
    2/11- 182 lbs
    2/18- was in El Salvador on a mission trip, didn't weigh
    2/25- 178
    3/4- 178

    Hubby is home on leave and we haven't been the best with our eating. But at least no gain!!

    Same here no change in my weight but it's better then gaining.... I lost a few inches all over but i like to see the scale to move also!!!

    I'm still hovering at 178. Can't bust through. Thomas leaves tomorrow and I'll be able to get back into the eating routine. But tonight we're having pizza :tongue:

    I 'm back and ready for a new challenge. Had a surgery recently which wll prevent me from excersing in the next 6 weeks so I have to be really diligent with my eating. Down to 1200 calories as a result gotta stick with it. Will wight in on Thursday!
