How do you satisfy your sweet tooth?

Teaspoon of nutella. Or if I can fit it into my caloric intake for the day, a toasted nutella sandwich (18g nutella and two toasted slices of small wholewheat bread)0

Vanilla Greek yogurt with some mini chocolate chips added. I also buy Snickers minis and keep them in the freezer - they're 45 calories a piece.0

I use many things but my go-to when it's colder is a cup of Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha or Caramel K cup. It's hot and takes a long time to drink, is a full cup of water so it fills me up and is sweet and 60 calories.0
