Sorry guys i haven't logged for a while, been maintaining the past weeks or so as ive struggled with christmas choc everywhere!

weight on 20/9/12 174 pounds
weight on 27/9/12 - 172 pounds
weight on 4/10/12 - 170 pounds
weight on 11/10/12 - 169 pounds
weight on 18/10/12 - 168 pounds
weight on 1/11/12 - 167 pounds
weight on 8/11/12 - 168 pounds
weight on 15/11/12 - 165 pounds

I plan on following the calories that MFP recommends for 2lb/wk weight loss (currently 1430)
I will work out at least 3x per week
I will run a 5K on Thanksgiving day
I will drink at least 8 glasses of water per day
I will add strength training
Well I did it. I got down below 250!
8/1/12 SW - 287.4
9/12/12 Weight at start of this challenge - 271.6
12/20/12 CW - 248.0
I also met all of my behavioral goals. I did, however. up my calories to losing 1lb/wk (1840 calories).

Hi I am in!
I lost 16 in 8 weeks so figure I can double that for 15 weeks, but not quite so will go with 30 lbs down by New Years! Double incentive as I am going home at that same time to visit, would love to go with that much gone!

I usually do not have a problem with the food, so plan is to continue eating the healthier foods that i have been. I dont have cheat days. So my plan needs to focus on getting more exercise in on my busy schedule.

I did it. Hooray! I actally am under my goal at TOPS. Now I'm trying to maintain and/or reach for 150 lbs. My TOPS recorded goal was 160. Exercising regularly and journalling really help. I'm feeling so much better, and my cholestrol counts were much better when I went for my physical. Happy New Year everyone! My goal for the new year is to keep off the wight, cotinueto exercise and journal... I definietly do not want to regain my weight. I've been there and done that. NOT THS TIME!0
