    But in all seriousness, I usually log everything in individually. Like today for breakfast I had an Ezekial Bread English muffin, 1tbs of Jalapeno Mustard, 1 hard boiled egg, 2 slices of Roasted red peppers (in water NOT oil) and about 2tbs of avocado.

    If its something I commonly eat all the time "meal wise" as in a sandwich and I tend to do the same thing over and over. I log it into a recipe builder and put "turkey Sandwich no cheese" type OR I made Seafood Piaia the other day and I logged in all the ingredients in the Recipe Builder THEN for the Serving size, the cook book says 6 but I measured out the entire dish in cups, and I only ate 1 cup of it which then my servings went from 6 (which probably was 1.5 cups or so) to 10 servicing of 1 cup. Does that make sense.

    Oh and not a creeper unless you drive a ChimoVan with curtains, then its creepy. :)

    Ben...if you are indeed serious...you should weigh each item on your sandwich on a food scale, then log them accordingly.

    Why is it considered a "creeper" to offer compliments? I think this is really what is wrong with society today. If someone offers a compliment, THEY'RE BEING A CREEPER???

    Indeed it is, calories in a bacon sandwich? That is tough to say..is the bacon chewy or crispy? Did you pat the extra grease? Do you eat it with Lettuce and Tomato? Did you trim the fat and/or cut the crust off your bread? I need more details.
