    Indeed it is, calories in a bacon sandwich? That is tough to say..is the bacon chewy or crispy? Did you pat the extra grease? Do you eat it with Lettuce and Tomato? Did you trim the fat and/or cut the crust off your bread? I need more details.

    Some phone apps have a bar code reader so you can scan the barcode on the back of the packaging and plug in the serving size, then it will calculate the macros for you.

    How do you log your breakfast and dinner? Lunch is generally the same....

    Okay, like for example, I just ate turkey and cheese sandwich, I cut the edges off the cheese because I did not want to consume more than I wanted to taste. The sandwich was dry (this means no mayo or mustard) and I added some paprika for flavoring. It had 3 pickles on it, they were small and round. How much is that?

    I am impressed by this community and there are a lot of pretty ladies here.

    Not sure if you know but you don't have to eat a "dry" sandwich. Mustard has no calories. :bigsmile:
