how much protein do you eat in a day ?

Over the last 14 days my low was 122 and my high was 212. I'd say about half of those days had some sort of protein bar in there, surprisingly, not the 212 day though. That was all from regular food.
But, I also didn't eat any of the protein bars specifically to up my protein. I've been adjusting to a new schedule and haven't worked out all the kinks yet, so I've been using some protein bars as meal replacements here and there.
The bars actually offer less protein (20-21g) than I normally have in a meal that I make from scratch (usually 30+g), so those are some of my lower days.0
