    I just started 29 days ago. I've been SO GOOD, but have only lost 3 pounds. Can get very discouraging sometimes, so I must keep reminding myself that I wasn't able to ride 5 miles on the bike in under 25 minutes 29 days ago (and still be able to walk the next day), couldn't wear the size pants I'm now wearing 29 days ago, couldn't see the first bit of muscle ANYWHERE 29 days ago, didn't care what I was feeding my body until 29 days ago, would have never believed I wake up EVERY DAY before 6 a.m. to get a workout in 29 days ago... I can do it, I can do it, I can do it... :smile:
