I never take initiative without someone guiding me and showing me how to do it

dude, that is the opposite of initiative.

Just once I want to create a thread and have it be 1 page long, get the answer I'm looking for, and just die off without any bullying... Just ONCE!

    tumblr_magoxyAYry1rpultr.jpg

I am an idiot and I deserve all the abuse, bullying, and relentless insults because I posted a completely impossible thing on the internet about myself that could not possibly be "fact". :brokenheart:

Can we let this thread die now? I got what I wanted from it, a work out regime, can we stop picking on the puny guy who isn't afraid to speak his mind and say what he believe is true?

It might die if you didn't keep posting on it....just sayin'

It would but then he wouldn't be getting any attention that way, would he?

I don't want attention, I just don't like trash talkers. If people would stop saying mean things behind my back I'd let it die. But all you emotional predators have to get your two cents in and I am not going to allow it. Keep your drama and abuse to yourself and show some respect.

I am sorry for being wrong, I promise you I will be wrong again.

Editing out what I said as its just not worth it...

Challenging your claim to have lifted more than current world records in HS is not being an emotional predator, or abusive, or bullying. You're using sensationalist terms incorrectly to your advantage. Saying things like that is why people are so quick to respond negatively to your post. Everyone that disagrees with you is not an emotional predator. It pisses people off to be called names or accused of abusive behavior when they're not. Get a grip. HSP or not, you have to interact with the world based on the already established rules of society, not your own rules. Certainly, nobody else is going to adhere to your rules. I get that because of said condition you hardly leave your house and interact with the world IRL, but you have chosen to make several posts on an open, public internet forum. You have no control whatsoever over who responds to your post or how they respond, and you agreed to those terms when you posted. Deal with it.

It would behoove you to collect people you don't consider 'abusive' and pose these questions privately on your wall if you only want those people to respond. Obviously, that would be extremely limiting to the amount of knowledge and varied experiences you get, but you don't want those anyway. If you post in a public forum that you are a world record holder, you should expect response from that. Funny, I suspect that if nobody responded to that particular claim, you would feel ignored and neglected that nobody appreciated your amazing feats.

    Edit: typo.

    Well said, Bean.

OP, you bring it on yourself. Google is a great way to find information without subjecting yourself to this so-called "bullying" and "harassment."

I came for advice on what to do when I reach my goal weight. If anyone is discussing anything else, then YOU are the one keeping this thread alive, not me. I came for advice on what to do next, I tried to fight off the ego-maniacs and their deadlift mantras, and I may have tried to flatter my way into the community that continually rejects me over and over again on here. The point is, if you aren't going to stay on topic, then don't talk about me. What's done is done.

As far as the squats. I recollected my memories and remember that there were 4 large weights on both sides. 1 was light gray weighing in at 100 and 3 were I think 45 lbs dark grays a piece. So doing the math correctly I guess I was only doing 470. Was it intentional exaggeration? No. It was lazy math and the fact that I didn't expect everyone to get bent out of shape about the small details and to instead stay focused on the concept that my legs are strong and my arms aren't.

So again, if you aren't coming to give me advice on what exercises to do without a gym membership and without doing heavy weights yet, then keep your ego out of this and go troll some other person who needs advice and can't fend for themselves.

Why don't you go through all the replies here and give us a run down of the actual good advice you received. Because you did receive some. Make a bullet list of the exercises and routines you were given that can be done at home, minimal equipment. Show that you actually listened.

Well, as an INFP, ADD sufferer, ectomorph, capricorn with aquarius rising, hybrid-owner, and vegetarian, I can certainly relate. People on this site just don't understand us sensitive types. Maybe you should try posting your question on bodybuilding.com?

They're real helpful over there :flowerforyou:

yo_andi took me seriously and gave me an awesome work out schedule that I think I am going to do.
zyntx was the first to give me advice I was actually willing to follow.
determinednoob was the first person to tell me to skip doing things at home and go to the gym
chivalryder suggested I read which is something I haven't done since 11th grade
Captain_Apoll gave the second workout routine option and between Captain and yo I will choose one.
Some people suggested Intensity and some people suggested deadweights (which I already said I wasn't doing yet)
Everyone else is suggesting the 30 day shred (another thing I said in my post I was NOT going to do yet)

Again I have what I need, the only reason this keeps going is because I am being relentlessly trolled/abused for your viewing pleasure. Why not go to 4chan or reddit for your jollys? Why Me?

Still not buying it. Chances are the big plates were 45's. Maybe you had a 45 and 3 10's on either side, for a total of 205.

    But yeah, 1000, 470, 205. What's the difference? It's like splitting hairs.

Your body is your gym - google it.

    Planks
    Push-ups
    Pull-ups
    Dips
    Squats
    Lunges
    Jumps

    Go!

This ^^ Calisthenics or body-weight exercises. Free and hey, it's works for the military! You can also add weight if you want using household items. Fill jugs with water or sand, or put full cans or bottles in a back pack and wear it to add wieght.

You probably won't get to Mr. Universe size, but then why would you want to?

You're quire welcome. While I do now have the money, there were many years when my children when were young that I didn't. I've always worked out at home.

Once your arms get so strong that the above suggestions cease to provide enough resistance, you can always stand on your hands and do pushups with your full body weight that way.

In fact, I will even email you a PDF copy if you PM me your email address, since I know money is tight.

Well, it's a bummer to hear that I am a form of entertainment to you. Here I am sincerely and vulnerably reaching out for a helping hand and instead of reaching out to help me, you are just going to look down at me from above. You may not be an HSP and you may not have a lot of room for empathy; but it takes someone very cold-hearted to turn down helping someone as desperate for direction as I am.
