What is your guilty pleasure?

Okay... you are going to think I'm five - but I love, love, love cheesepuffs! Not the fried kind, but the fluffy baked kind. I told myself that if I craved them I would eat them - I just measure out a portion and eat it slowly. To date, I have lost 18 pounds so it's officially not derailing my program. What's your guilty pleasure - and how often do you have it?

Cheetos are my weakness. Have you tried the Natural Cheetos? I actually like them better and they aren't horrible as far as treats go.

I have not tried the natural cheetos - I am going to have to find those!
  • I'm one of those horribly disciplined and boring people who does not allow myself to have anything that isn't healthy. :ohwell:
  • Chocolate and peanut butter. I eat both every night after dinner.

    CHOCOLATE RAISINS!!!

I try to tell myself they're healthy due to the raisins, but I'm not fooling anyone! =P
  • I tend to treat myself to a quality bit of cheese if I have some calories left over. I never used to eat it due to fat etc but when i have the calories I use them. as Homer said...Mmmmmmm Cheeeeeseee.

Cheetos Naturals White Cheddar Puffs... Best thing ever, and I use a food scale for everything, and one serving of these is almost a full bowl bc they are so fluffy. I see a full bowl and it makes me feel like I am cheating, even though it is only a 28g. 150 cal serving.

Jalapeno kettle chips and moscato...separate or together, I don't care.
  • Macaroni and Cheese, but a specific kind.....the store brand white cheddar (say yuck all you want lol). I haven't had any in 2 months, because I can't have just one serving. No one else in my family likes it, so I would eat the whole box so it wouldn't go to waste. :blushing:

Veggie Chips with Sea Salt! I used to hate anything with the word vegetable in them, but these are actually pretty decent.

Pizza (Papa Murpheys chicken garlic or Dominos pepperoni bacon) and wine... Sometimes at the same time.... I have had pizza at least 5 times and wine about every other night on average for the 55 days I have been on here and I have lost 9lbs so no big deal. I'm also very close to my goal weight, so these are the most difficult pounds to lose. I just have lower cals the rest of the day or tons of exercise if I want those things. Smaller portions have helped too.

For me it's not food but alcohol. I usually limit my drinking to 2-3 nights a week.

cappuccino, and I have it every single day.
  • Ice cream - so I got the weight watchers kind 80 or 90 cal bars and I'm ok with that one and I have one sometimes on the weekend
Also chocolate i have it in a diet cookie I eat so that's taken care of
& i love potato chips, I got mini pretzels but they are not satisfying the craving
I love potato chips any kind so i started actually counting the chips when I have some ... which is not too often and always within my cal intake lol

As you can see all junk food!!!! – I know it will get better with time I just started the healthy eating train but I’ll get around
  • Beer (IPAs and Guinness)
Hummus and Stacy's Pita Chips (I will kill the -entire- bag in one sitting... no joke)
    Chocolate Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Figs' Pizza (It's a Todd English place... there's only a few, but the pizzas are awesome...)
    Cool Ranch Doritos
Kraft Macaroni & Cheese - Another one sitting venture...

Peanut butter, straight from the jar. (I use an itty-bitty teaspoon so I can take my time. ^_^ )

I have PB2 and tried Better'N'Peanut Butter. They're good, but there's something about the full-fat version that is just SO amazing!!

OMG!! My weaknesses, Kettle brand potato chips, regular or baked, and it doesn't matter what flavor. Chocolate cake with chocolate icing and Magnum ice cream bars, any flavor, with the belgium chocolate...yummo!!! Help me please. I'm addicted.
