    Obviously I've lost my mind. I'm in the second week of month one of my second round. Clear as mud? I did Cardio Abs today right after Pure Cardio. I figured that I had already made it through the second month workouts so why not do them back to back from the get go. I'm also skipping the fit tests since I'm not as concerned with the results the second time around. I ran 5k in lieu of the first fit test and will probably run on Monday too. LOVING doing this program again!!!

    Impressive!!! I did the fit test on Monday because I wanted to see if my results improved especially since my weight loss hasn't been as great as I expected from this program. My results were better than I expected so I feel much better that I'm actually getting benefits from doing this 2nd round!

    I think my HRM is officially broken. Must be time to get the FitBit operational and loaded with my info. Must do that tonight after work.

    Week 3 Day 4 Cardio Recovery and Cardio Abs

    Had to throw in Cardio Abs today to make up for not doing it yesterday. I finally got my FitBit up and running this morning so I'm excited to see what it says I burned during tomorrow's Core Cardio & Balance session.

    I'm actually on a P90X/Insanity hybrid so today was P90X Shoulders & Arms for me. I really enjoy this workout, very low key in comparison to the rest of the week. I'll probably jump on the elliptical later to try and get a little mild cardio work in. Hope everyone is doing well!

    I wish I could do insanity, but my ex did it and I watched what he had to do... not safe for me to do with back problems. :( Kickboxing for me.

    Week 3 Day 5 Cardio Power & Resistance

    I used my FitBit today instead of the HRM but now I read that the FitBit only measures steps not cardio burn so I don't think this device is going to be right for me. I'm going to keep wearing it but will have to also use my HRM during Insanity to better gauge calorie burn.

    I just started this program this morning. Did the fit test and thought I was going to get sick. I cant imagine the actually work out.

    Oh well- here is till the 530am work outs and a 60 day better body :)

    Welcome to the lifestyle! I'm up at 4:30am to get mine done so don't feel like you're alone in this journey! I promise you that after about 2 or 3 weeks into the program you will start to see progress in your endurance. Your 2nd fit test will be a million times better than your 1st. You will get to a point where you can complete the entire warm up without stopping. Just focus on doing what you can and keep working to make a little progress each day. The 60 days actually flies so be sure to take lots of pics along the way to document your body transformation. If you need anything feel free to message me. Good luck!!!!!!

    Another big sweaty Insane workout is in the books. I'm actually looking forward to taking new pics this weekend because the tape measurer shows I've lost another 1/2" from my chest, 1/4" from my hips, and 1/4" from my abs. I'm getting close to seeing a 10" reduction since 9/16/12 when I started round 1 of my Insanity journey. Good stuff!

    Week 4 Day 4 RECOVERY DAY!!!!

    Today, like last week, I did Cardio Abs and Cardio Recovery because I think they go together fairly well. Since I start with Abs and then do Recovery, my body isn't so tired and I'm able to better concentrate on my form and push the # of completed reps.

  • Just recently got back to the max workouts a few weeks ago. I do a max workout 6 days a week and then a month 1 workout on my rest day.....DAMN I'm sore all the time but it feels sooooo goooooood :)

    Those max workouts are no joke! Good for you. I'm going to finish up my 2nd round at the end of November and then move on to Les Mills Combat. Can't wait to try a new program!

    OMG I'm exhausted from that workout!!! I forgot how much worse it is to do 3 interval circuits instead of 2. Those side suicide drills still kill me!
