I am at work so I really cant post pictures or anything like that but there are some pics in my profile that shows my before and after.
I am 6'0" tall and I think I peaked at around 300 LBS and now down to 195. I had a 40" waist and now down to a 33" I had a 17.5" neck and now down to a 15.5".
I started to give myself fitness goals like run a 5K 10K do mud runs etc. I also started to pick up more sports playing football softball kickball volleyball just about anything that got me outside moving around and having fun at the same time. Its been working out. Counting calories has helped a bunch it actually makes you think about what you should eat before you eat it.0 -

I'm sorry, guys. I looked at this thread to take a look at the male transformations (as they are vastly underrepresented) but now I'm just admiring the man meat. GLORIOUS! This thread... your muscles... are GLORIOUS! Congrats, guys! I dare say I am not the only one on here feeling a little warm

I started on April 25, 2011 at 351 lbs, diabetes, sleep apnea (with a CPAP), high blood pressure and could barely walk a mile.
Today, I weigh 182 lbs, no diabetes, no longer need a CPAP, normal blood pressure, a resting heart rate in the mid-40's and can run over 5 miles at a shot! Never thought I'd be able to say that!
Wow! Sir, you've come so far. but, I think the greatest acheivement is ditching the socks & sandals.0 -
Attempting a serious reply (you all look incredible!) but struggling to stop looking at the photos if I'm totally honest!0

This was me over the course of about 8/10 weeks. I ran the Ultimate Diet 2.0. I have managed to keep the progress made from this. A link to the thread where I posted about my experience can be found at http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=143990151&highlight=ultimate+diet+experience+tommybhoy
