No recent photos, but my profile pic shows 50 lbs difference from February to June. During that time I was on OPTIFAST. I now do moderate weight-lifting 3 days/week and 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days/week.

Overall, I have lost ~65 lbs., dropped my body fat from 40% to 23%. My total cholesterol went from 201 to 149.

I forgot...I shoot for at least 100 g of protein per day. Calories are 2000-2200 depending upon workout that day.

This was my Before/After montage once I'd lost 50 lbs... I started at 250 lbs and was just under 199 lbs when I took the "after" pic.

I did go down a further 10 lbs, but have since put those back on over the summer and will need to refocus for I still need to lose another 30/40 lbs to reach my ultimate goal weight.
