This was me over the course of about 8/10 weeks. I ran the Ultimate Diet 2.0. I have managed to keep the progress made from this. i stated at 310 I was eating about 1600 calories a day for a while and exercising 6 times a week (3 cardio and 3 strength days)
I think the ending picture was 240 i think
I am about 215 no new picture yet but I still eat about the same. I still workout 6 days a week. If he is on here, tell him to add me and we can talk.

I enjoyed viewing all these transformations. One thing I noticed is that the more muscle you've built the more defined your faces have become. It actually makes you look younger and more attractive !0

GRRRR ... can't get it working!0

I started in April of 2011 at 285 lbs and a 40 inch waist. Now, I am down to 196 lbs and a 32 inch waist. When I started, I had higher than normal blood pressure (was almost in need of high blood pressure meds), I had sleep apnea, ran out of breath easily, was always too hot and uncomfortable, and got sick often. I had been working shiftwork (nights and days) for 14 years straight. I wouldn't say I ate terrible food, but I was pretty inactive. Probably on my way to a heart attack.
Now, I switched to working days only, workout about 6-9 hours a week, and eat healthier. I am stronger, faster, healthier, and have a resting heart rate of 46 and normal blood pressure. Oh, and I haven't been sick for over a year.

I think you are going to have to reupload, says the file doesn't exist to be honest. Try imgur.com, or reupload them onto photobucket0
