My heaviest was in the 180s. I can't believe I ever weighed that much. I can't imagine being 20 lbs heavier than I am now.
Anyway, my lowest that I can remember being in my adult life was 155 which I achieved last year. I was so proud of myself and could not believe I hit the 150s. I wish I could have maintained it but now I have even further to go. But I'm looking at 155 as my first milestone (I am 162 now). My final goal is 130.0 -

I looked good at 115 pounds and thought I would just try to maintain... but maintaining was harder than I thought and the pounds just continued to drop. Personally, I feel better than ever, so much energy. I look and feel 10 years younger than I actually am... blood pressure down, no longer a diabetic... never been happier. Yeah, I am 56, size 0 and honestly, guys whistle and do a double take when I walk down the street. What more can a girl ask for than to feel and look the best they can while aging!0 -

Goal Weight: 170; I was 170-175 from 19-24 years old. I was really happy at that weight -- athletic and toned, but still a tad curvy, not afraid to show a little skin. However, to be bikini ready (vs 170's tankini ready), I'd probably need to be 150-160 again. I have a looong way to go.0 -
