My next goal is to be 232 which I was a few years ago.
I just keep adjusting the goals.
Even though the pounds seem pretty hefty, I wear size 14 and have an hour glass figure. Nobody realizes how heavy I am except myself.
Once I'm 232, I'm going to go for 199. I would ideally like to work my way back to 135 pounds. When I was 135 pounds, I wore a size 10. I'm not sure it is possible after having three kids.0 -

Lowest Weight: I was six pounds once! The lowest I can remember as an adult was 150-160 lbs (Freshman in college).
Goal Weight: 170; I was 170-175 from 19-24 years old. I was really happy at that weight -- athletic and toned, but still a tad curvy, not afraid to show a little skin. However, to be bikini ready (vs 170's tankini ready), I'd probably need to be 150-160 again. I have a looong way to go.0
