My heaviest was at 212 lbs. There were three signs that it was time to lose weight.
1.) A little girl runs up to me in Wal-Mart and ask, "When are you due?" My reply to her was an honest one. "Oh, honey I'm not pregnant, just fat." The little girl then runs back across the store to her mother yelling, "Mommy she says she's not pregnant, just fat!!" The mom hid.
2) My niece asks me" When are you due?" Her mom says, "Sorry she thinks everyone should be pregnant because I am."
3.) My younger sisters wedding photos. I saw myself and knew it was time for a change.
The lightest I have ever been was 135 lbs at a size 2. I was a model and a Martial Artist.
I am currently at 180 lbs. My goal is to be 170 lbs before Las Vegas in July for my 30th Birthday celebration.0 -
