    So it has been a long journey, but I have finally reached my happy appearance! :) I had a goal of 140 pounds, but at 145 I am so happy with my body. I have come to the conclusion that if the last 5 pounds come off, if they don't they don't. That's life, but after 67 pounds lost I am ecstatic.. and I owe it all to this site and the support of all of my MFPers!

    Great job! 140 is my goal and as of today I have 67 to lose. I needed to see this for motivation. Keep up the great work :)
