    135 done today. this is def. a challenge for me. I started doing squats with my class of toddlers. This challenge has started me doing a lot of exercises with them and they love it which helps me get in all that I want to in a day.

    Oh pls don't confuse me, are u adding more squats cos today is 145 squats or did I get it wrong? Lol am already tired but determined to see it to the end.

    Phew just can't wait for this challenge to end.
    I intend to do at least 50 squats everyday with weights after the challenge.

    I finished this challenge.
    Wasn't easy but I did it, with knees squeaking and ll, so thankful
    It was one hell of a challenge.
    Where's the initiator beautiful reason, haven't heard from her or read from her in awhile, just hope all is well.

    Options
    do them with a chair behind you so that if your knee acts up you have a support to catch you. Also don't let your knee go past your toes on the down stroke of the squat and don't go deeper than thigh parallel to the floor that should allow you to do squats no problem.

    Did good with my squats until we went to Washington, then didn't continue with them...but I know that they helped me tremendously....
