First picture was taken about a month before I started re-using MFP and I am at about 251lbs (114kgs) I am also 5'3"
The second picture was taken two weeks ago on holiday at 224lbs (102kgs).
Not at my goal yet but it was motivating to see the slight changes of my body, I have dropped two clothing sizes from a size NZ 20 to a size NZ 16.0 -
Wanted to post an updated before and after I've lost 7 kilos to date. I think I'm still in shock...I can't believe I made it this far. Not to mention how the rest of you must be feeling!

I'm down to an ideal weight now and would like to end up in similar shape to your 160 photo. How long did it take to get from 180 to 160, and what did you do to get there?
It took me about 6 months to lose the last 20. I was aiming at only 1 pound per week to minimize any muscle loss. I had my calories goal set at 1800 and ate back most of my exercise calories. My workout is on my profile page. 3-4 days of weightlifting per week with 10-30 minutes high intensity cardio added at the end.0 -

I started in January of this year. I've had my ups and downs but I'm currenty doing Insanity and just started ChaLean Extreme on top of that.

No because I didn't purchase the program from BeachBody. A friend made me a copy so my story is non-existant in their eyes probably! I REALLY REALLY want a shirt because "I earned it" for sure!0 -
