What an inspiring thread. Thank you all for being brave and posting those before and after pics. You have all done so well, you look FANTASTIC!

Just when I needed some encouragement. I've been on here for almost 2 months, but I am losing some momentum. These pics are really inspirational and have encouraged me to think more about where I want to be than about the junk food I want to eat! Thank you.

I am currently 3st over my lowest (42lbs) but have lost over 2st this year and I will get where I want to go again.

Me at 196lbs, which is where I'd like to be again.

Thanks so much! It was a ton of hard work! To lose, I was eating around 1200 calories (sometimes more depending on how long my runs were), running like a mad woman, and strength training! At first I could only use 5lb dumbells for my arms and now I am doing 20lb dumbells like it's my job! It is amazing how the body just improves and continues to get stronger!!!
