    Liking being myself but not wanting to use my own name on the internet (cause I don't trust them information hunters and picture-searching functions etc. and some day it might turn around and bite me in the *kitten*).

    My real first name is that of a Greek Goddess. Being a goddess, she has a few other names she goes by. One of them is Chrysopteron which beautifully translates to "the one with golden wings"... And happens to be NEVER taken in any of the boards I've joined so far!

    So it's unusual, you can't see right away that it's a girl using it, it's always there for the taking and I love the idea of being "goldenwinged" - because it sounds like you just can't fail, doesn't it?!

    And who cares to know knows my first name by now! ; )

    I had a MFP account before now, called "thinlittleme." I made friends only with pro-ana-esque girls and really went downhill. I realized after not being able to pick myself up or move well that I needed to change. I deleted that account and created this one several months ago, and have been trying hard to maintain a healthy and un-disordered lifestyle ever since. :)
