September was my first MY@ Challenge. Clearly, challenging myself worked as I was able to blow past my original goal of 40 miles, reaching 68.53m as of this evening! I did count all forms of exercise from walking to hiking, running, and riding the stationary bike. Given this torrid pace (for me) in this first month I'll be happy to match this effort in October so I'm shooting for 70 miles this second time.0

First time doing this. I've seen it a lot, but never tried it. I'm going to shoot for 50, mostly walking.0

My goal for October is 120 miles.
September proved to be a challenge for me, there were times when I was completely stressed out about trying to reach my goal of 160 miles. I believe that for October it would be in my best interest to lower my goal to a point that will still be a challenge, but not an added stress in my life.
