    Hi, I'm 45. Feel free to add me. I'm going for 70 miles this month. I usually get between 1.5-3.0 miles per day on my treadmill. I try to walk at least 6 days a week.

    Ok. I asked for it, and I got a taste of it this morning. I asked for cooler weather and I got it! It was raining, 10C and windy this morning...
    And I almost didn't go!!!! But I did!
    Ran 3 miles this morning in the real Quebec fall weather!

    For October, my goal is 30 miles. This would be running for me. I just started in May, so I'm still a beginner.

    I'm in again for October. Even though I missed my September goal(barely!), I'm upping my total for this month. No, I'm not crazy. I'm increasing my biking in order to do a bike fest this month, so HOPEFULLY I will make my goal! Good luck to us all!
