    After losing 60 pounds, I was in the grocery store and ran into an old boss I worked with two years before...she had no idea who I was!!! Thrilling and spooky all at once!!!

    It wasn't a great month for loss but not every month will be. Its about getting back on track and keep sticking to it. Bring on November!

    So I didn't make the 5lb mark. I had a MAJOR slip-up last week at the bowling alley (curse those delicious wings!!). But I think I did well for myself! Almost 4lbs is pretty good!

    10/8: 141 yay! At this rate I should be able to lose the 5lbs this month...maybe even more! :)
    10/15: 141...BOO!!!!! I had one cheat day. First night away from the baby in 10 months. But c'mon...i worked sooo hard the rest of the time. Ugh....have to work EXTRA hard these next couple weeks. to make the 5lbs.
    10/22: 140 UGH!!!! And I thought losing 5lbs in a month would be easy!! I have to lose 2lbs this week or I won't make it.
