    October 1: 30 minute walk on the beach and a forest path so I logged it as a short hike.
    October 3: 60 minute walk (with 25 minutes of C25K intervals within it) Yesterday I did Aquafit so no walk.
    October 5: 25 minutes
    October 6: 30 minute walk with my husband I forgot to post.
    October 9: 60 minute walk with C25K. (Aquafit on the 8th)
    October 12: 60 minute walk
    October 16: 60 minute walk with C25K (finished Week 2) and 5 minutes of stretching (Aquafit on the 15th)
    October 18: 60 minute walk with C25K (started Week 3) and 5 minutes of stretching (Aquafit on the 17th)
    October 21: 60 minute hike (Aquafit on the 20th)
    October 23: 60 minute walk with C25K ( Week 3 Day 2) and 5 minutes of stretching (Aquafit on the 22nd )
    October 25: 65 minutes of walk with C25K (completed week 3) and 5 minutes of stretching (Aquafit on the 24th).
    Running Total: 570 Minutes

    Hi Everyone, my goal for October is to walk 100 miles.

    Oct 1: I walked 5.4 km (3.25 miles) today. It was a beautiful fall day - perfect for walking.
    Oct 2: I walked 4.2 km (2.5 miles) today. Total 5.75 miles. Another beautiful fall day.
    Oct 3: No walk
    Oct 4: I walked 5.4 km (3.25 miles) today. Total 9.00 miles. Such a great evening.
    Oct 5: I walked 3.25 miles today. Total 12.25 miles.
    Oct 6: I walked 3.6 miles today. Total 15.85 miles.
    Oct 7: I walked 3.3 miles today. Total 19.15 miles.
    Oct 8: No walk. (Canadian Thanksgiving - too many dinner guests - too much turkey and pumpkin pie!!)
    Oct 9: I walked 3.25 miles today. Total 22.4 miles. Fabulous fall day today - leaves are changing colour.
    Oct 10: No walk today.
    Oct 11: I walked 3.25 miles today. Total 25.65 miles. Soooo cold today - I broke down and wore my down-filled coat.
    Oct 12: Gosh, where is everyone tonight?? I walked just 1.75 miles today. Total 27.4 miles.
    Oct 13: I walked just 1 mile on Saturday. Total 28.4 miles.
    Oct 14: I walked 3.25 miles today. Total 31.65 miles. I need to get moving if I'm to hit my target for the month.
    Oct 15: I walked 3.25 miles today. Total 34.9 miles. A great night for a walk - a rough day at work so I really needed the walk.
    Oct 16: I walked just 1 mile today. Total 35.9 miles.
    Oct 17: I walked 3.25 miles today. Total 39.15 miles.
    Oct 18: No walk
    Oct 19: No walk
    Oct 20: I walked just 1 mile on Saturday. Total 40.15 miles.

    Oct 25: I walked 3.25 miles today. Total: 47.1 miles. It's been a challenging month - clearly, I'm not going to make my target. Oh well, I'll just keep plugging.

    Well, I was hoping for 100km in October, and managed that by the 21st. And I pushed on and ended up with a total of..

    101.5 miles!

    Every pace of it logged on Endomondo, time taken was a few seconds short of 25 hours.

    I also did just over 250km on the stationary bike as well.
