Tanning: Yay or Nay?

A reasonable amount (like 15 mins per week) is beneficial in many ways. I've been doing it for 20 years.
I mostly go tanning during the winter when it's too cold and rainy and such. The weather brings me down.. I go in 10-15 minutes and I cheer right up.. also if you're going every so often at 10-15 minutes and using the right lotion you aren't going to get all Orange fake and bake tan...0 -
I tan before I go on a beach vacation or a vacation where I know I'll be out in the sun a lot, because I'm pale too, and it's worse to burn. So, I "prepare" that way, I guess you could say. And I live in Wisconsin, so sometimes in the winter I'll go to cure the "seasonal depression" haha... all NINE MONTHS of it.0

I can't stand spray on tans. Especially when body builders do that. What the hell man, why do you do that to yourself!
I don't tan though, although my friends have told me to cause I'm pretty pasty white.0 -
Skin cancer is bad, M'kay.
Nay here. I have seen it first hand. Pale, healthy and old is a good thing.0
