    Ended this challenge with a 0.2 gain, but not sweating it as it is that TOM and I ate a lot of bad, salty food. Hoping for a 2 lb difference for next week once I get everything flushed out of me.

    Things I accomplished on this challenge:
    I went from being able to barely do 5 pushups (man style :wink: ) to being able to do 18.
    I started running and yesterday achieved completing for the first time a 5K distance without stopping.
