    I live in BC, Canada. It's awesome pretty much haha. Though boring sometimes. I am close to Vancouver, though, so can't complain. Great weather right now!!

    Aww I would LOVE to visit Canada.... I've heard so many great things about it and it looks pretty too.

    I live on an island in between Ireland and the UK called the Isle of Man <
    dumb name, right? lol. It's a beautiful place though and a great place to raise children :)

    Tomorrow, I am having a salad with fake turkey on it, and grilled veggies. SUPER stoked.

    Oooh I've heard of the Isle of Man I think. I wanna go to Europe so badly! I am not working right now, I actually just got back from teaching English abroad in China, so still looking for work here.

    Feel free Ed, haha. I work in a bank - most.boring.job.EVER and I am being laid off...... 8 years for sweet FA, pfft lol.

    I'm glad the name of where I live doesn't actually reflect on the place..... that would be terrible ha.

    I am up snooping around here, trying to distract myself from wanting to snack. I am in Alaska so I still have 45 min until midnight. I work for a University here. I just left a VERY stressful job a few months ago and as a result, I think that my weight lose is a lot easier than it was (just the stress relief has helped). My biggest challenge is finding time to work out (food is do-able). However, I just found a thread here about the 30 Day Shred videos and I am inspired. I also live with a super amazing chef/baker husband (and he is all muscles...Grump!).

    It's ok Karma, I will I wasn't after permission haha.

    Well Minx I did a year in banking, had to run the cashiers = dull (no1 or whatever it's called). I traded that in for an even more exciting job .... accountant :)

    I came back because the school I was working at was very unprofessional, and I couldn't deal with it any more.

    I think working in a bank could be fun! You get to wear nice clothes and meet millionaires! :D

    I've always to go to Alaska :( See penguins. Ha jk jk.
    It's funny because I'm close to Alaska, I just never do anything fun.

    I lived in seattle for a few years. When i went to a bar, supposedly if a girl says "oh im from alaska" that means they arent interested in you. Wonder how true that is ;)

    karma - see I couldn't leave knowing things weren't being done properly, I would want to change everything lol.

    See, now I feel like a bore! I love me some adventure too but the thought of missing out on love? nu-uh!

    I lived on a sailboat, working in Sitka, Vancouver, and Seattle for 10 years. No wonder I could not get a date in Seattle (ha ha).

    Actually, getting rid of the stress (getting my cortizol levels back to normal) has been good for weight lose. I do not loose weight with stress until someone dies -- serious scary stress.

    I was running a small nonprofit and I grew it to the point that we needed more staff but my board members were reluctant to add more people.

    I have traveled a ton (crewed on boats all over the world, lived in Nepal for a year, traveled all over India, Central America, South America, Europe) -- I am happy with my family and "boring life" now so I choose the castle with my true love. I would, however, like to show my daughter Nepal someday and take her on a long sailing trip.

    I actually knew that, something about the male getting jealous if you touch a female dolphin and dragging the person to the bottom of the ocean or something.

    @Ed: that and because Dolphins are pervy ****ers.
    They kill people because their male bits move left and right and you know...bad way to die.

    I know far too much about dolphin rape.

    Exactly they play the cute and innocent card but really deep down they're malicious/cold and brutal = Evil dolphins and yes quite concerning how much you know about this, put you on mastermind and this could be your specialist subject lol

    I just got out of a stressful job and as a result, I did not have but a handful of days off during the last 5 years. I think that my brain is kinda messed up and I do not even know what I want to do now that I have a little time. I used to love to sail, hike and do yoga. So I am trying to hike and do yoga (I sold my awesome boat for a down payment on a house). You?

    Brandy - I explore my island for fun. It sounds crazy but there are still so many places I have never been/seen! I also write songs, just for myself :)
