    By 5 years is plenty long enough to get married...many will say someone is dragging their feet. LISTEN to what he says, he said he doesn't want kids, you do. You both have different needs, so leave and find someone that wants the same things as you. As for him telling you he probably won't get married? Why does that matter? If he really wanted to get married, he'd have already put a ring on your finger. He will probably NEVER ask you to marry him, he's just dragging things out as long as he can with you. Him using this guilt and manipulation is showing you a sign that this is not a healthy relationship.

    Is he financially dependent on you?

    I agree on moving on! If you want children and he does not, that is a big deal. You will find someone much better suited for you and your personal needs. Best of luck either way! :-)
