Zero Points Plus CAKE! :)

Options
I am currently on the weight watchers diet and when I stumbled across this recipe I was kind of hesitant. It's delicious, zero Points Plus, and it's cake!

1 box of angel food cake mix
1 box of YOUR CHOICE OF CAKE MIX.
** first box has to be angel food cake.
Mix them together well in an ziplock bag or an air tight container.

Now, here's the recipe.. it's literally as easy as 3-2-1...
3 tablespoons of the blended cake mix.
2 tablespoons of warm water.
-mix in a microwave safe coffe cup-
1 minute in the microwave.

You end up with a light, delicious individual cake. I have one almost every night for my dessert. You can even top it off with a little bit of whip cream and a fruit of your choice. ENJOY

I'd definitely keep this in mind... I'm glad someone figured it out without having to use diet sprite or whatever... I'd have to find a healthy boxed mix for myself though (not big on processed foods).

Mm, cake. I can imagine... fluffy angel food... MMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

I believe you can use angel food cake only, since it is naturally low in fat :)

I have this in my cabinet right now (chocolate plus angel food) and it's delish, BUT

how in any stretch of the imagination would this be 0 WW P+?

I'm a WW from way back and I'm very familiar with the points system. I've seen every way to try to get something for nothing, but I just don't see how this could ever calculate out to be 0 P+.

ETA: If you search the MFP database for 3-2-1 cake, all of the entries have between 100 and 150 calories for a 3 tablespoon serving. Of course there's not enough protein nor fiber in cake mix to bring the P+ down to 0.

Sorry I'm arguing, but I'm assuming you would not want to have misinformation hindering your weight loss efforts.
