    Going to max out on almost every thing this week. I am going to blow my 1rm for the bench, close grip bench, and d/l out of the freakin water........

    Took my first outdoors bike ride (without the kids) and averaged 19 miles an hour! Didn't even realize I was capable! Felt so blessed by the changes in myself :)

    I've only been running for 10 months now..

    I started running in January of 2012
    January
    1 mile- 9:37
    5k- 32 minutes
    10k- couldn't ran that far without stopping

    October
    1 mile- 6:09
    5k- 22:42 (did a speed workout on Friday that indicated a 21:30 5k)
    10k- never ran one all out yet but split 48:40 for my 10k en route to my half marathon
    10 mile- 1:17
    Half marathon- 1:43:22 (first one ever, want to kill this time next half)

    Today I upped my bench...

    155 lbs x 3 (technically 4, but I can't count it because I got help on the way up).

    And, the other day I upped my my overhead press to 95 lb x 5

    I did tricep dips with my own body weight, no assistance from the machine. Holy hell, I got tricep muscles & it felt GOOOOD!

    At CF this morning I did 3 x sets of 9 of toes to bar - yeah!
