You look amazing. Kudos for a job well done. Thanks for the inspiration because your stats are so similar ro my own. Only 10 ;lbs before my goal of 135lbs. It is so great to see how very possible it is. I have only flirted with doing 30 day Shred- I would start & stop. I think I will tackle it head on after seeing your results.0

Wow, that's one word I have for the progess you've made. You are an inspiration. I am a mother of a 11 month old and have to lose 73 pounds. I have been working out for over 3 weeks (Jillian Michaels - No more trouble zones, shred it with weights, 30 day shred, Banish fat boost metabolism) eating 1200 calories a day but have not lost inches or pounds. I drink 2.5 litres of water as well. It's pretty depressing - I am not sure what I am doing wrong. But at this point I feel like giving up. You story is inspiring - I wonder what I doing wrong...was your diet / lifestyle change all about eating high protien, low carb? Agghhh - see, I don't even know what questions to ask you...0

You seem to be pretty active - are you actually eating enough calories? I know MFP tells you to eat 1200 cals but it tells everyone the same, regardless of height, weight etc. I lost 7lbs last year in 3 months eating 1200 cals but put it all back on. This year I lost it in 6 weeks eating 1400 cals. It worth checking out other sites recommendations on your calories goals0 -
Amazing!!!!0
-
Thanks so much for that. Yes MFP told me 1200 so I stuck to it. I did try other sites and they gave me higher calorie targets - but I said to my self "eat less, lose weight faster" and went with the 1200 target. Also, although I stick to the 1200 calorie target, I guess I need to figure out - how much of protiens, carbs and fats - that does make a difference? At this point, I'm like..."what if I eat more than 1200 calories and put on weight rather than lose" - I guess I just need to trust the experts and go for it....0

Amazing! you look absolutely beautiful! congratulations!0

Amazing transformation!
Gorgeous!
I'm doing Jillian's 30DS, and I'm also not going to diet, I changed my life style and I am enjoying it more than ever.
Good luck!0 -

OP, you look amazing! My stats are so similar to yours so this gives me hope! I am 5'5", started at 180 in a size 12 with a goal of 135. Seeing your transformation is a HUGE inspiration! Thank you so much for sharing!0
