    Can I admit that I basically skipped out of the doc's office this morning? My numbers look great, just waiting on the bloodwork, and I'm going to get x-rays done on my heels just in case but I feel pretty damned good -- can you tell?

    Thats great news Nancy/Angel/Pom what ever we are calling you today :wink: i have to go for cholesteral tests eventually im going to wait till im at my goal. My dad had his first heart attack at like 35 due to stress not weight... But my moms super over weight... (and has put more on) so im sure her cholesteral is outragous

    Can you tell by looking at my diary today that i finally went and got groceries? lol

    however im not hungry as of yet ha ha.... I have salsa chicken cooking in the slow cooker for tonght when i get home. Have any of you made it before? its so good.
