Navy tape measure puts me at 24.7%, Omron handheld at 19.9%.0

Mine's about 28%. I'm 5'6, age 35, have 2 young kids. I'd like to lose another 14lbs or so, so hopefully my BF% will go down to about 25%.0

Started at 33.1%, currently at 26.9% and aiming for 20%. All calculated with the US navy calculation.0

I'm around 45% and I have a thigh gap. I look pretty much like that picture but my boobs are bigger. I walk and most of my weight is in my tummy so it is possible depending on your shape.0 -

My latest measurement was at 14%, which I guess isn't too bad for my weight and height. But my main goal at the moment is to build more muscle mass and definition.0
