would like to have a girls only success (with photos) for inspiration . Would be much appreciative
Anyone can. Its hard but doable. Calorie deficit and lifting and a bit of cardio.

Forgot to mention, I lost 48 lbs last year by this time and promptly got pregnant. Had my little man this past May, so the 52 lbs is lost since May 25th0 -

I am still working to get to my overall goal but this is where I am not. I'm 5'6, age 36 and weigh 135. Starting weight was 1630 -
I'm the fat redhead in the pink sweat shirt at about 230 lbs.
And now. Well not now..this was taken in August, I have toned up a lot more since then but close enough! I'm currently 151 lbs but about 166 in this photo. Oh and I'm 5' 11"
My faces looks a lot different now too!0 -

I'm still "during" (still have a REALLY long way to go) but this is a 35lb difference with LOTS of toning since mid-June - I think there's been some visible change:
(I'm in the weird speckled dress, second from the end)

Not done yet, but here's my pics sofar:
High weight: 220ish, size 18-20
Pre-baby weight: 176, size 12
Healthy pregnancy gain
With the help of my MFP friends and the tools here, I've managed to only gain 14 lbs in 24 weeks of pregnancy too. I'm finally feeling in control of my eating and fitness habits, and am looking forward to hitting and exceeding my fitness and weight goals post-baby.
Hoping to get back to pre-baby weight soon after my delivery then start working to get down to 150-155 and 17-19% body fat.0 -
My before and after (current, actually, nowhere near "done") pictures were not planned, so they don't show my full body. I hated having my picture taken, still do, but this is what I came up with..
