Hi - you look great! This is really encouraging for me bc.. I look like your "before" and am having a hard time visualizing making any more progress. (Specifically, the flat stomach you've got going on!) I'm about 5'4.5 and 144...

Would you mind sharing what exercise you've been doing and how closely you've been sticking to your calorie goal? (I want those abs!!!!)

Thanks! I just sent you a response to the personal message you sent.
Hey there...is there anyway that you can send me your exercise plan....I am in absolutely awwww of your before and after pix.....thanks!!!!

Wow, everyone looks GREAT! So much hard work, it surely pays off, doesn't it?

These are my 90 day before/after pictures using a program called P90X. It was incredible how much it changed my figure. This is AFTER 2 kids too. There is hope ladies!!!!

    Before: 157lbs

    After: 132lbs

I look your height. Have you ever been 132 before? When I was 130ish I still looked like your before. Would you look so good if you hadn't of worked out and just lost weight? I'm thinking when I get back down, I need to tone everything in order to be happy.

I have to give a lot of credit to P90X. It really changed me. I finished Round 4 a month ago. I started doing it again for the 5th time. Hopefully I can get rid of the of the fat around my belly this time. I don't have end of Round 3 results handy, but I gained weight. I felt I was losing too much muscle mass, so I bulked up in Round 3 and started slowly trying to trim off the fat only in Round 4.
    Day 1: 183lbs
    Day 90: 164
    Day 180: 158
    Day 360: 159

JoviAllTogetha - yeah. I really don't want to be really buffed. I just want to look athletic and healthy. I was at the point of looking scrawny. I think I was just swollen at the end of Round 4.

wjassell - Thanks. You keep X-ing it out too. I like see real life results from real people.

cmw72 - 183 wasn't my heaviest point. I lifted weights and ran but was stuck at that weight for a while. Here a picture after I worked out for a while. Way before P90X. Oh man, the gut just spills over. Weighing in about 192lbs.

I just updated my progression photo. I've been doing P90X also ... here I am at Day 1, 90, and 150 (today).

    round1and2.jpg

EDIT: oops, I just realized I mislabeled the photo .. it say day 120 but it's 150.

You will just have to go to my profile... I'm obviously not literate enough to post photos. Sorry...:blushing: Send me to school and for what... not posting photos... that's for sure.

If I had any doubts that this site might not work, I don't now. I have just spend the last 10 minutes looking at all fantastic before and after shots. I am looking forwards to getting mine up here shortly

Well done to everyone who has made it and everyone who is on the journey

    I really needed this today.

I fell off the wagon so many times and this time it really feels different. I have the complete support of my hubby and most importantly I have found my own strength.

You all look wonderful and I can't wait until I can post my own before and afters here!
