    I think I am an ectomez. : ) When I was younger I was definitely an ecto. Not sure if that changes but adding the fat and muscle does not seem to be a problem now.

    Endo is my least favorite. Maybe add a little fat to the others.

    When my husband lost a lot fo weight he was much less comfortable to snuggle to. Just not snuggly anymore. I miss that even though he is a total hottie!

    My wife tells me she actually liked me less when we were first together because I was "too covered with all those muscle bumps." She was very content to see me get thicker in the middle.
    "All the better to snuggle you with," it seems.

    I'm dialing my body fat back 20 years. She'l have to deal.

    My husband is Ecto/Meso... Ecto mostly but with the shoulders and upper body closer to a Meso.

    I'm a huge fan of big endo guys that are fit. They are big and strong, and I love big strong men. I'm not so into the lean chiseled look, but most of my friends are.

    Is there any way you can work out which one you are (and therefore which way best to train) before stripping off a lot of fat? I am two stone overweight, 5 feet three, and think I am probably endo as I do put muscle on and find it hard to lose fat but I'm no beast or long-lined muscled either although I would prefer to be ecto.

    No...but since that's the topic of this forum post then it IS what we are talking about...

    i've utilised these pictures extensively Gorilla...(thank you) and I would have to admit that while there is nothing wrong with an ecto or meso...

    i'm totally in it for an Endo...i'm just that kinda girl.
