I believe in demons- there is true evil in the world, they are real. They dont have horns and tail- well not the one I seen, I can tell you that much. they do come in many forms. But Ive seen one, and It aint pretty, wish I never did, and dont care to ever again.:frown:

I think the people who never experience thoes type of things will everr understand. This is the one thing I truly wouldnt wish on anyone.

Yes, they exist.
On a family camping trip a couple years ago we had a very frightening supernatural experience.
I felt the presence of evil at our campsite as soon as we got there, but because we were so busy with the children and setting up the camp, and because I was not expecting anything wrong, I said nothing, never had a "chance" to tell my husband. But I did pray!
That night, long story short, we were terribly harrassed, and it was bone-shaking and incapacitating fear. My husband saw a demon.
I'd like to say we are not like this usually!
We were both praying together by that time.
I did not act on my fear, but rather waited to hear from God about what we should do.
I believe if I had not waited, I would have run right into the danger. Instead, I feel we were delivered from death, as this thing wanted to kill all of us.
So, what would I do? Cry out to God and wait on His instruction.

Well, it seems like you are making a judgment about the nature of all truth. For instance, if I ask you if your comments are “true,” you would, I think, say, “yes.” If I ask if they are “true” about every conviction about what is “true,” I suspect you would answer “yes” again. Doesn’t that mean that you are standing in judgment above all “truth-claims” and saying something that is true about everything humans can know? In that sense, even though you don’t use the word, you seem to be claiming to have the perfect perspective from which you can declare to everyone that they are not “wise” if they claim to have a supreme vantage-point from which to determine the truth about things although, in order to be “truth,” you have to have a supreme vantage point in order to make such a universal declaration. Your comments, then, are self-contradictory (i.e., “I know it to be THE TRUTH that all claims of truth are merely “a” truth and not THE TRUTH”). In order to avoid contradiction, you would have to admit that it is theoretically possible that someone can find a universal perspective or “truth” that applies to or gives insight into everything.
