    Wow!! :noway: Fantastic work!! I don't think you should worry about that number on the scale anymore. You've lost the fat! If you want to change how your body looks, it's time to really amp up the strength training (lifting heavy) and reduce the cardio a bit. Focus on building muscle now; that's what makes a body look good naked! :wink:

    Amazing job! I'm in the middle of my transformation! My highest was 365 and I've been actively logging my progress since 316. Hit 246 today just today! So how did your skin hold up? I've heard some people end up with looser skin and some people don't. Hoping I'm more the former though a little loose skin beats being unhealthy.
