Sugar free badass desserts (more about my taste preferences than diet). I was thinking "I Can't Believe It's Sugar-Free" but I'd get nothing but old people.

    The Rangoon Palace.

You bring in anything. We stuff it with cream cheese it, wrap it in won ton and fry it.

^^Hell yes, and adding on to that fresh veggie and fruit juice mocktails and juice-based dressings, sauces, etc. with some killer tea, coffee, and gourmet vegan desserts.

Someday I'll be opening a bakery and will put to use the $26,000+ it cost me to go to culinary school.

Could I get a discount for being there every day?

Gluten free and Vegan with the option of Soy free as well. There would be vegetarian food as well and my husband would have a meat smoker next door. lol. I love the smell but son't really eat it.

Everything gluten free, baby. Pies, cakes, chewy delicious fresh bread, and fried chicken.

I'm catering to my beloved Celiac crowd, not the health crowd ;-)

German-Asian fusion. Beer, spaetzle and 1000 year old eggs. It would be called Sriracha's Haus of Schnitzel. Just, you know, to give my customers a good mindfvck.

Actually - I think an organic, locally sourced gastropub would be really fun to helm. Have beer pairings, even with breakfast.
