I've thought about this more than once.... I am a former chef
I would open a deli/ lunch counter, serving sandwiches, soups, quiches, pastries and bread.
But I'd only do it if I didn't actually need it to make money then I would love it!0 -
Bakery/cafe. Cookies, cakes, pastries, pies, etc and daily meal specials plus meals to go (frozen or refrigerated)0

Chili Verde, made hot with jalapeno, habanero and anaheim.0

Bourbon, fried chicken (of the world, including American, Senegalese, Korean, etc), waffles. duh.
