I'd go Italian.
I'd name it after myself, my middle name alone probably.
I can make a mean spaghetti, homemade meatballs, homemade oven baked garlic bread, pizza's, lasagna.....rigatoni with meat n cheese............geez...........oh yeah.............we'd do some italian sub sandwich's during the day.0 -

actually Im planning on opening a small cupcake cafe that sells special cupcakes (vegan, gluten free, diabetic friendly etc.).
There is no cupcake store/cafe where I live neither there is a lot of food for "special diets". Hope it works out!0 -
