Ok. So I did more calorie burning working on firewood than I did walking today. I got in a 1.93 mile walk today, 11/4/12.
For 11/3/12 - 2 miles
For 11/2/12 - 3 miles

Weight loss for this week is one half pound.

Hey, I'm a few days late but please put me in for 75miles. I normally work in kilometers and do approximately 10km per work out so I figure 12 workouts @ 10km works out at 120km which is 74.9 miles.
