    Lift Days: Hungry as hell.
    Cardio Days: Don't let food near me.

    I'm I am going to try to start having a protein shake or a small something about an hour before i work out, some days i start getting sick to my stomach if is start burnig and have not had enough to eat before i start. it also seams to make a difference in how tired i get in the work out.

    I lose my appetite after exercise!

    On Mondays I go to a Zumba class straight from work and don't eat beforehand (makes me queasy!) but afterwards I don't feel hungry at all. Not sure whether I should force myself to eat as I thought that you should only eat when you are hungry.
