    I was so lazy on Saturday, but I rocked out Sunday! I don't quite know the best way to calculate calories burned by bike riding, but 50 cal/mile seems to be a safely conservative estimate for someone of my size, so it's what I use. I biked 26 miles on Sunday :)

    Weekly Goal: 5000
    Mon: 200 + 500 + 500 (biking to/from kettlebells, kettlebells class, biking to/from work)
    Tues:750 (biking to/from work and an election party)
    Wed: 500 + 500 (kettlebells class, biking to/from work)
    Thur: 500 + 50 (biking to/from work, walking to/from lunch)
    Fri: 200 + 500 + 500 (biking to/from kettlebells, kettlebells class, biking to/from work)
    Sat: 0 (Relaxation)
    Sun: 1300 (biking for errands, groceries, and visiting various friends)

    Total: 6000
