    When I was young and Kenny Rogers sang Lucille, he said "Four hungry children and the crops in the field" and I always pictured four hundred kids standing in a corn field...but in my defense, i was six!!! lol

    OMG. I did too. Only I thought it was 400 children and NO crops in the field. I always felt bad for those hungry kids.

    Not a lyric, when I was 8-ish I asked my mom why Pepsi/coke made me burp...she said "because it has burpatation" or at least that's what I *thought* she said...still makes me smile when I think of it...what she actually said was "because it has carbonation" :happy:

    I always thought it was "Secret Asian Man" instead of Secret Agent Man. :(

    A friend of mine interpreted ACDC's "Dirty deeds and they're done dirt cheap" as "Thunder Chief with the dirty knees". He would sing it that way in all seriousness, and couldn't understand why we were laughing so hard we were bawling.

    My brother sings "Dirty Dees and the Thunder Gs" instead ...no matter how many times me and my dad tell him its not correct

    lol another one of my friends said this one also

    In the Manfred Mann version, he totally says "douche", repeatedly. You can tell on the Springsteen version that it's "deuce".

    My favorite is "My *kitten* is the center hole" instead of "my angel is the centerfold".
