After reading more of your replies and glancing at your diary, I think that it's ok that you want to lose a few pounds or lean out some. Have you considered eating at maintenance and just exercising to create your deficit? I see that you have some high days and some really low days. I know that you said your mom does not like you exercising but if you were eating maybe 1600-1800 calories a day and exercising enough to burn 200-300 calories 3 or 4 times a week she wouldn't worry as much.
